Roles and Responsibilities:
 
  • Prepare and organize comprehensive travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, excursions, cruises, tickets/events, and activities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and requirements.
  • Participate in trainings and webinars to stay updated on travel and sales education.
  • Provide clients with necessary documentation, such as payment authorization, tickets, and itineraries.
  • Complete all certification training with our company.
     
Requirements:
 
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Smartphone required; computer or laptop recommended but not mandatory.
  • Reliable internet access.
  • Positive attitude and effective communication skills with clients, vendors, and fellow agents.
