In this role, you will collaborate closely with our clients to tailor their travel experiences based on their preferences, curating enjoyable and memorable trips with appropriate accommodations. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, planning itineraries, and organizing travel arrangements to meet client requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating quotes, invoices, and necessary documentation. Staying informed about industry news, updates, restrictions, and best practices will be essential in order to provide travelers with the relevant information needed for seamless journeys.

This is a remote position.

Job Description

• Arrange trips for businesses, sports teams, vacations, Weddings and more
• Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs and payment plans
• Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips
• Book reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons
• Provide proper documentation to the clients such as, authorization forms, flights tickets, theme park tickets
• Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.
