• Solve any travel issues that may arise and ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for your clients
• Follow the travel policy guidelines and help your travelers get the best value for their money
• Plan and book amazing trips for your clients, including air travel, hotel accommodations, dining reservations, ground transportation and more
• Stay on top of flight changes and assist your travelers with finding convenient alternatives
• Keep track of your clients’ travel preferences and personalize their trips according to their needs and wishes
