The Agency is seeking a remote travel advisor to join our team of agents worldwide. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. As a home-based agent, you will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating itinerary accommodations, preparing confirmations, and providing knowledge to the client(s).

Responsibilities:

• Prepare marketing material
• Keep client documents updated and organized
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and travel regulations
• Utilize industry-leading booking systems and platforms to secure flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel services while optimizing cost efficiency
• Organizational skills for managing multiple bookings and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and remotely

Qualifications:

• Passion for traveling virtually and physically 
• Proficient in Google, Microsoft, and basic computer skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
